REGISTRATION:

Opens at 7:30 a.m. and closes 30 minutes before the start of each race.  Events are held rain or shine (no refunds).  All start times are approximate.  All entrants must have a current USCF license. Only Cat 5 Men, Cat 4 women and Juniors are allowed to purchase a One-Day License at registration, if needed.  Riders under 18 years of age are required to have a parent's signature.  Helmets are mandatory in all events.  No aero bars permitted.  All USCF rules apply.  Field limit in all races is 50 riders.  Women’s race has 4 fields, but is still limited to 50 riders total.  No Cat 5s in the Masters races.  Masters 60+ to race in Masters 50+. Promoter may adjust prize money based on field sizes. Entry fees include USAC & VACA fees. Held under USA Cycling permit.

* Junior races are part of the Lance Armstrong Race Series

* LAJRS Espoir men 19-22 will be scored in the Cat 1/2/3 race

* LAJRS Junior women 15-18 and Espoir women 19-22 will be scored in the Cat 4 Women's race

$5 - Juniors 10-14 years old

$10 - Juniors 15-18 years old

$25 - Pre-registration, by Friday, 13 May 2011 (mail must be received by Thursday, 12 May 2011)

$30 - Registration on race day (Juniors and CAT 5 fees remain the same as Pre-registration cost)

$10 - Discount off each additional race (all races must be selected during the same transaction to receive discount on BikeReg)

Course Description: A very fast and flat half-mile oval with one 90 degree turn, race run counterclockwise.

Directions:

From the North, take I-95 South to I-64 East to Newport News Exit #255A (Jefferson Ave East).  Continue 3 lights to Oyster Point Rd and turn right.  Go 1 mile and turn left on Warwick Blvd (Rt. 60). Todd Stadium will be approximately 2 miles on the right.

From the South, take I-64 West to Newport News Exit #258A (J. Clyde Morris Blvd South). Continue 2.5 miles and turn right on Warwick Blvd (Rt 60). Todd Stadium will be approximately 1 mile on the left (12465 Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA 23606).
